GM Bikes offer individual or group cycling coaching sessions to beginners, intermediates, or mixed ability groups. Our qualified coach is British Cycling registered with over twenty years’ coaching experience within the sports industry and currently holds a Level Two Certificate in Coaching Cycling. These progressive coaching sessions are available for adults or children and will take place throughout Dundee and Angus in various traffic-free environments within the level two British Cycling remit. GM Bike’s coaching philosophy is to provide a fun learning environment for everyone who wishes to take part.

Looking To Improve:

Our basic bike-handling foundation sessions cater for those who are new to the sport of cycling but provides more technical knowledge and skills to ride safely.

Beginner Mountain Biker:
​
Our beginner Mountain Bike specific sessions will focus on basic trail riding and help build the riders confidence and knowledge of the skills involved in off road. By the end of this session, the rider should have a greater understanding of both their own and the bikes capabilities.

What Do You Need?

A fully functioning bike

A properly fitted cycling helmet

Appropriate outdoor / cycling clothing

Your GM Bike coach will carry spare mechanical tools and be first aid
qualified with the relevant first aid kit.
Please note – a Trek hardtail mountain bike and all the above equipment can
be provided from GM Bikes at an additional cost.
